About Queen Carr-Willis

Queen Carr,-Willis founder of THE CARING ANGELS TEAM LLC, brings over 40 years of experience in healthcare and a lifelong passion for serving others. Born in West Point, Mississippi, Queen is the widow of a Vietnam veteran whose service and sacrifice continue to inspire
her mission today. After earning her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration in Georgia, Queen was moved by the growing number of homeless seniors and veterans in the Atlanta area.Determined to make a difference, she began developing a vision she first outlined during her graduate studies — to create a Personal Care Home Village that provides safe, dignified housing and compassionate care for seniors and veterans in need.

After long research, I decided to do a housing program for homeless Veterans and seniors in the community. Queen’s dedication to military families is deeply personal. With a family legacy of service
— from her uncles who served in the Korean War to her son, granddaughter, niece, and late husband — she has seen firsthand the challenges many veterans face upon returning home. Her mission is to honor their sacrifice by ensuring they have access to stable, supportive housing and a community that truly cares. Through her leadership and commitment, Queen Sykes-Carr is building more than just homes — she’s building hope, dignity, and a lasting legacy of care for those who served and for the seniors who deserve comfort in their later years.
